For nearly 40 years I have been teaching about quantum physics, energy medicine and body mind spirit balancing.

But my love for science and energy came from a real need to understand what I saw and knew about as a child.
I saw energies that no one else claimed to see and I
played with faeries...so I learned at a very young age to keep my mouth shut. I spent most of my life in the science section of my little local library looking for explanations.
By 4th grade when I had read everything in that section
I asked "what next?" and heard a voice in my head say "take a book from the right and one from the left and go home!" I went home with Yoganada's "Autobiography
of a Yogi" and "Song of Bernadette" about the miracle of Lourdes. I became a closet Yogi with miracles happening in my room--and more things to keep quiet about. So I colored and drew.To this day I still gett a little high
when I smell Crayola Crayons!

I opened the first Biofeedback Clinic in Ohio in the 1960's teaching stress management and creativity...and was at the forefront of body-mind-spirit research. I have been a professor at two universities...and have lectured world wide on topics including quantum physics, energy medicine,
light therapy and quantum consciousness.

With the opening of the Kare School of Yoga in St. Petersburg, Florida and the development of the Kare System of Yoga and Video...I was invited to represent
the United States at the World Congress of
Natural Medicine in Beijing, China.

My first book, "Why Are You Poisoning Your Family" sold nearly a million copies...and launched a career
as a consumer advocate for natural products.

I also started Quantum Consciousness Cruises which brings healers and lightworkers from around the world
to travel and play together on cruise ships
visiting special locations and sacred spots
while learning the latest in
research in quantum healing and consciousness
techniques, therapies and technologies.

I have continued creating my art throughout my lifetime...making my mandalas on paper, on canvas and
on pottery for my own enjoyment--or so I thought. It wasn't until I was President of Lightwandz International, Inc.that my artwork began to take part in my work as energy tools.. I was training a famous channeler in a quantum technology when she began channeling ascended Master Kuthumi who said quite forcefully to me that:
my mandalas were being called into service to
open up portals on the body and on the planet.

My life has not been the same since.
My mandalas have taken on a life of their own.
And with the support of my dear husband, Charles and
my wonderful son, Joshua, my mandalas are now
being brought out into the world to do their work.
My sincere prayer is that they will hold meaning for you and assist in the opening of portals of new awareness and consciousness in your bodies and minds.
